Vendor Affiliate Program
The Vendor Affiliate (VA) program has three parties in mind – our vendor partners, our client partners, and Peterson Company.
By creating this unique partnership we offer both vendors and clients an opportunity to work in harmony on behalf of the community while knowing the association has sourced a reputable licensed and insured vendor that has successfully completed work on behalf of other client communities. VA’s are an important part of the TEAM that takes care of the client!
- Vendors will benefit when we utilize our VA‐enrolled vendors first. While clients are not limited to using only the VA list, Community Managers can be assured the vendors on the VA list are already reputable within their respective industries and are successfully completing work for our other client communities.
- Our Client Communities will benefit each time they use a VA knowing that all enrolled vendor participants make Peterson Company clients a priority for all work orders and bid work alike. VA’s have proven themselves to be the best contractors in their particular field for service, pricing and warranty.
- Community Managers already have a list of vendors to choose from! Often times, just finding a vendor that can do the job is the biggest hurdle. With the VA list, vendors are already willing and eager to bid on the client job. The Manager and Client will also have the confidence to know the job will be done right, the first time.
All vendor affiliates are required to be licensed, bonded, and insured. While our communities are never under any obligation to use these vendors, there are benefits to doing so.
- Preferred Pricing – Our vendors have agreed to grant our clients with the best pricing available.
- Preferred Scheduling – Peterson Company-referred contractors will provide priority scheduling for onsite services (i.e. property enhancements, maintenance and evaluation)
- Direct Supervision of Onsite Crews – these vendors have issued consent to Peterson Company to supervise their crews while onsite at your community, and may execute on-site change orders that will save valuable time and money.
- All affiliates, by contract, are not allowed to increase pricing to cover any affiliation fees that may by paid to Peterson!
