Peterson Company considers your Association’s good financial health of the utmost importance. To properly and efficiently maintain the standards and values of your Association, it is imperative that all homeowner accounts are kept current. We strictly adhere to each Association’s unique collection policy, and regularly update the Board of Directors on the status of any delinquent accounts.

  • Assessments – Prepare and distribute payment coupons, quarterly statements, year-end letters and special assessment notifications
  • Surepay program for owner assessments, at no cost to the Association or homeowner
  • Delinquencies –Precisely execute each communities individual collection policy, to minimize the number of delinquent accounts
  • Legal Counsel – Reputable working relationship with attorneys that specialize in the collection of assessments and enforcement of documents. Our preferred legal firm has a contingency based program, which saves the Association a substantial amount of money, by allocating legal expenses directly to the delinquent homeowner
